ORDER:
In pursuance of Government of India orders in the reference read
above, the services of Sri S. Narsing Rao, IAS (AP:86), Chairman & Managing
Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited are placed at the disposal of
Government of India, Ministry of Coal for appointment as Chairman and
Managing Director (CMD), Coal India Limited (CIL) in Schedule ‘A’ of the
CPSE, in the scale of pay of Rs. 80,000-1,25,000/- on immediate absorption
basis, for a period of five years, with effect from the date of assumption of
charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders,
whichever is the earliest.
2. The Member of Service is hereby relieved from the Andhra Pradesh
Cadre, with immediate effect, so as to enable him to take up his new
assignment. He shall handover charge of the post of Chairman & Managing
Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited to Sri Dinesh Kumar, IAS (83),
Principal Secretary to Government, Energy Department.
