Ranga Reddy District - De-notification of certain Gram Panchayats for their
inclusion into Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation - Notification - Issued.

In the letter 2nd
and 4th read above, the District Collector, Rangareddy, has
submitted proposals for merger of surrounding Gram Panchayats into Greater
Hyderabad Municipal Corporation through the Commissioner and Director,
Municipal Administration, Hyderabad and requested the Government to issue
necessary orders. The Government in Municipal Administration &Urban
Development Department after detailed examination of the said proposals has
recommended for merger of following fifteen (6) Gram Panchayats, as the said
Gram Panchayats have satisfied the conditions prescribed for merger and passed
resolutions to this effect accepting the proposal for their merger into Greater
Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The details of the Gram Panchayats proposed
for merger are:-
I. Saroornagar Mandal:

Jillelguda
(ii)
Meerpet
(iii)
Phadishareef
(iv)
Jalpally
II.Ghatkesar
Mandal
(i)
Peerzadiguda
(ii)
Parvathapur

The
Government after careful examination of the matter decided to cancel the
Notifications issued, declaring the Jillelguda, Meerpet, Phadishareef,
Jalpally, Peerzadiguda, Parvathapur as Gram Panchayats in Rangareddy District
so as to include them into Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Accordingly,
the following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated: 04-09-2013.

The
Commissioner of Printing, Stationary & Stores Purchase, Hyderabad is
requested to publish the following Notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette
and furnish (25) copies of the same to the Government immediately.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the
powers conferred by clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Andhra
Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994) read with
clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule12 of the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats
(Declaration of Villages) Rules, 2007 issued in the G.O.Ms.No.542,Panchayat Raj
and Rural Development (Pts.IV) Dept., dt.3-12-2007, the Government of Andhra
Pradesh hereby cancel the Notifications declaring the (1) Jillelguda (2)
Meerpet (3) Phadishareef (4) Jalpally (5) Peerzadiguda and (6) Parvathapur as
Gram Panchayats in Ranga Reddy District so as to include the Gram Panchayats
into Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation with immediate effect.
