R D E R:-
In the references 1st &
2nd read above, Sri T. Vivek, Additional Director (Revenue),
General Administration (Vigilance & Enforcement) Department Headquarters
retired from service on the AN of
31.08.2013 on attaining the age of superannuation.

Considering the excellent track record of Sri T.Vivek as Additional
Director (Revenue) in General Administration (V&E) Department, and keeping
in view of heavy work load in the Department due to vacancy of several posts
including the posts of Wing Heads due to retirement/transfers, Government felt
it necessary to utilize the services of the above said retired officer as
Officer on Special Duty on contract basis.
3. Government after careful examination of the
matter, hereby appoint Sri T. Vivek, Additional
Director (Revenue) (Retired), General Administration (V&E) Department as
Officer on Special Duty for a period of one year from the date of issue of this
order on contract basis with remuneration per month as last pay drawn by him
minus pension. He is requested to report in the Headquarters of General
Administration (V&E) Department for issue of further postings.

This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC-II) Department
vide their U.O. No.3033/917/ A1/SMPC-II/13, dated 10-09-2013.
