Upgradation of Vijayawada Airport

Government have issued orders in the G.O. 1st read above for allotment

of land to an extent of Acres 491.92 cts. ( including private land to an extent of

Acs.433.27) in Gannavaram Mandal of Krishna District to the Airports Authority

of India free of cost and free from encumbrances, for upgradation / expansion

of Vijayawada Airport, as per the Memorandum of Understanding entered with

the Airports Authority of India.

2. In the circumstances reported by the Chief Commissioner for Land

Administration, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above and based on the

proceedings of Screening Committee on Land Acquisition, Government have decided

to accept the proposals of the Collector and District Magistrate, Krishna for

acquisition of Land to an extent of Acs.112.49 cts. in R.S.No.1,2,3, 140, 141,

142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 152, 155, 156, and 163 etc., of

Ajjampudi Village, Gannavaram Mandal for expansion of Vijayawada Airport,

Under Section 4 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Accordingly, Draft Notification

furnished by the Collector and District Magistrate, Krishna is hereby approved for

publication in the local Gazette.

3. The Collector and District Magistrate, Krishna is requested to publish the

Notification under section 4 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in the locality within

Forty (40) days from the date of publication in the local Gazette and local news

papers.

Notification furnished by the Collector and District Magistrate, Krishna through the

Chief Commissioner for Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad is hereby

approved for publication in the local Gazette.

decided to accept the proposals of the Collector and District Magistrate, Krishna for

acquisition of Land to an extent of Acres 121.97 cents in R.S.N.o.224/5 etc., of

Keserapalli Village, Gannavaram Mandal for expansion of Vijayawada Airport,

Under Section 4 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 1894. Accordingly, Draft Notification

furnished by the Collector and District Magistrate, Krishna through the Chief

Commissioner for Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad is hereby approved for

publication in the local Gazette.

The Collector and District Magistrate, Krishna is requested to publish the

Notification under section 4 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in the locality within Forty

(40) days from the date of publication in the local Gazette and local news papers.

In the letters 1st & 2nd read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Infrastructure

Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd., (INCAP), has requested the Government for sanction of

balance amount of Rs 1.51 Crores for completion of handhold support consultancy

assignments.

2. In the G.O. 3rd read above, Finance (Expr. PW) Department have issued Budget

Release Orders for an amount of Rs.50.00 lakhs under Non-Plan Head to Infrastructure and

Investment Department, towards 1st quarter from the B.E. provision 2013-14.

3. In the G.O. 4th read above, Finance (Expr. PW) Department have issued Budget

Release Orders for an amount of Rs.100.00 lakhs under Non-Plan Head to Infrastructure and

Investment Department, towards 2nd and 3rd quarters from the B.E provision 2013-14 for

payment of Consultancy Fee.

4. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative

sanction for an amount of Rs.150.00 Lakhs (Rupees One Crore Fifty lakhs only) to the

Infrastructure Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited (INCAP), towards 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters

from the B.E provision 2013-14 for payment of Consultancy Fee.

5. The amount sanctioned in para-4 above shall be debited to the following Head of

Account:-

3451 – Secretariat Economic Services

MH – 090 – Secretariat

SH(28) – Infrastructure and Investment Department

280 – Professional Services

284 – Other Payments

6. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing Officer, Infrastructure & Investment

Department, shall draw the amount sanctioned in para-4 above and adjust the same to the P.D.

Account No.279 of the Infrastructure Corporation of A.P. Limited

7. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (Expr.pw) Department vide their

U.O.No.25706/1018/Expr.PW-II/13, dated.26/10/2013.
