absenting themselves from duty, as a result of which the prison administration
is affected severely.
3. The Director
General of Prisons & Correctional Services, A.P., Hyderabad further stated
that it is necessary to post the newly
recruited stipendiary warders in their respective native districts/ranges for
smooth running of the administration and from security point of view, by
transferring the senior warders of 2010 Batch to their respective districts/ranges.
4. The Director General of Prisons & Correctional
Services, A.P., Hyderabad has requested to issue orders for transfer of 550
Warders to their native
Districts/Ranges subject to availability of vacancies, as a one-time measure, without any
burden on the Government, so as to accommodate the newly recruited 569
stipendiary warders batch in their native Districts. The DG Prisons has
furnished the required information for transfers in the form of a check-list,
vide the reference 3rd read above.
5. Government, after careful examination, hereby permit
the Director General of
Prisons & Correctional Services, A.P., Hyderabad to transfer 550 Warders
(male) working in various Jails of
the State to their native Districts/Ranges subject to availability of
vacancies as a one-time measure, without any burden on the Government
exchequer, i.e. without

stipendiary warders in their native Districts in relaxation of Government Orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.119,
Finance (DCM-III) Department, dated 17-5-2013.
6. The Director General of Prisons & Correctional
Services, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action in the
