ORDER:-
In the G.O 1st
read above, a Combined Final Seniority List of Dy.Supdts. of Police (Civil) was
prepared.
2. In
the G.O 2nd read above, a Provisional Seniority List of Addl.Supdts.
of Police (Civil) is prepared and communicated to the individuals calling their
objections if any.
3. (120)
objections of the affected parties have been received and they are disposed off
vide Annexure-I appended to this order.
3. The
Government after careful examination of the matter hereby approve the Final
Seniority List of Addl.Supdts. of Police (Civil) vide Annexure-II appended to
this order. The revised notional dates
assigned to the Addl.Supdts. of Police (Civil) is only to consider their cases
for higher promotions. In the wake of
division of State and when the cadre allocation of the State Police takes
places subsequently, separate State-wide Seniority Lists of the Andhra Pradesh
and Telangana cadres will be determined.
Necessary promotions / reversions can be effected in each category by
the successor States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana separately.
