Read the following:

Lr.No.B2/000677/2014, dt.30.07.2014 of Director of Treasuries

and Accounts (I/c), Telangana, Hyderabad.

ORDER:-

In the reference 1st read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts

(I/c), Telangana, Hyderabad has stated that the Government of Andhra

Pradesh have allotted an amount of Rs.4,000/- as permanent Advance to the

erstwhile Director of Treasuries & Accounts, AP, Hyderabad. In view of

bifurcation of the existing state of Andhra Pradesh into states of Andhra

Pradesh and Telangana, the erstwhile Director of Treasuries & Accounts, A.P.,

Hyderabad has surrendered the Permanent Advance (Rs.4,000/-) to the

Government and remitted vide Challan No. 31568, Dated.27.05.2014.

2. The Director of Treasuries & Accounts has further stated that functioning of the department is Budgeting, Pensions, Salaries, CPS, Payments, Scholarships, Treasury Establishment, PD Accounts, CFMS, BMS and other treasury miscellaneous works etc, it has to incur certain petty expenditure to convene meeting with district and departmental officials regularly. Apart from this, urgent and unforeseen expenditure has to be met in connection with computer gadgets like sockets, plugs, UPS, electrical works being done frequently due to voltage problems and also other petty office purchases made locally.

3 In this connection, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts (I/c),

Telangana, Hyderabad has requested the Government to accord sanction of

Permanent Advance for an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the Director of Treasuries

and Accounts (I/c), Telangana, Hyderabad for smooth functioning of the day to

day work.

4. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby order to

enhance the Permanent Advance to the Director of Treasuries and Accounts

(I/c), Telangana, Hyderabad from Rs.4,000/- to Rs.5,000/-. Hence, the

Department is requested that the enhanced difference amount Rs.1,000/- shall

be debited to Major Head 8672- Permanent Cash Imprest M.H.-101-Civil.

5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts (I/c), Telangana, Hyderabad is

requested to take action accordingly.
