4. Applications received from certain ASOs, Office Subordinate and
Sweeper.

O R D E R:
In the G.O. 3 rd read above an amount of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty
five thousand only) has been allotted towards Educational Advance to the
NGOs of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department for the period
from September’2014 to December’2014 in the Financial year 2014-2015
2.  Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees
Thirty five thousand only)towards Educational Advance to the individuals at
the rate of Rs.5,000/- each to (7) members of Panchayat Raj and Rural
Development Department, as indicated in the Annexure to this order to meet
the expenditure for educational purpose of their children.
3.  The advance sanctioned in para 2 above, shall be recovered in (10)
equal monthly installments commencing from the salary of March 2015
payable on April, 2015.
4.  The spouses of the individuals except Smt. T.Suneetha, Assistant
Sectio Officer mentioned in the Annexure are not Government Servants. Her
husband is a Government servant she has submitted non drawal certificate.
5.  The expenditure on account of the advance for Educational purposes
shall be debited to “7610 – Loans to government servants – M.H.800 – Other
Advances– S.H.(10) Advances to Non-Gazetted Officers for Education of their
children and other Misc. purposes – 001 Advance for N.G.O.s for Education of
their children and other miscellaneous purposes” and met the funds allocated
in G.O. 3 rd read above.
6.  The Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department are requested
to draw and disburse the advance sanctioned in para (2) above to the staff
members concerned.
