ORDER:
The following Notification shall be published in Telangana State Gazette:
NOTIFICATION
Under provisions of Rules 42 of the Andhra Pradesh Pension Rules,
1980 read with Fundamental Rules, permission is hereby accorded to retire the
following Gazetted Officers working in Government Polytechnics in the State on
attaining the age of superannuation, without prejudice to the right of the
Government to take action against them before or after their retirement, if they
are found responsible for any lapses:-

2.  The Commissioner of Technical Education, Telangana State, Hyderabad
shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
