O R D E R:-
The following Notification shall be published in the Telangana Gezette:

                                        NOTIFICATION – I

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Seeds Act,
1966 (Central Act.54 of 1966) the Government of Telangana hereby declare the Seed
Testing Laboratory of the Telangana State Seed Certification Agency, Karimnagar,
Karimnagar district as a State Seed Laboratory where analysis of seeds of any notified kind
or variety shall be carried out by Seed Analysists under the said Act. In the prescribed
manner.

The jurisdiction of the laboratory shall be confined to the entire State of Telangana.

                                             NOTIFICATION - II

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Seeds Act.1966 (Central
Act.54 of 1966) the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the Senior Seed
Certification Officer (Quality Control) of Seed Testing Laboratory, Telangana State Seed
Certification Agency, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District as the Seed Analysist, for the
entire state, for analysis of certified seed of any notified kind or variety and seeds lots
offered for certification.
