The following notification shall be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Extraordinary Gazette:

                       NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6(1) and also sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 5 of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) as amended, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby constitute the Agricultural Market Committee,
Alamuru, East Godavari District with the following members for a period of one year subject to outcome of the W.Ps pending in the High Court.

2.  The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing,AP, Hyderabad shall take further necessary
action in the matter accordingly.
