O R D E R :-
Sri K.R. Nandan, IPS (Retd.) is hereby appointed to be the Vigilance
Commissioner for the State of Telangana initially for a period of three (3) years
extendable to (5) years.

2. Accordingly, the following appointment is notified:-

                                  NOTIFICATION

The Governor is pleased to appoint Sri K.R. Nandan, IPS (Retd.) to be the
Vigilance Commissioner for the State of Telangana for a period of three (3) years from
the date of assumption of office.

Government after careful examination have decided and accordingly hereby
establish Vigilance Commission for the State of Telangana, duly adopting the scheme
pertaining to the jurisdiction and powers of the Commission as stipulated vide G.O. read above.
The Commission will be called “TELANGANA VIGILANCE COMMISSION” and the person
appointed to the post will be designated as “THE VIGILANCE COMMISSIONER.”
