O R D E R :-
In
the reference 3rd read above, the Additional Director of
Prosecutions (FAC), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has stated that in the erstwhile state of Andhra Pradesh
notification was issued for
filling up the 70 vacancies of the Assistant Public Prosecutors, and the Chairman, State Level
Police Recruitment Board, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad communicated the
provisional Selection list of 69 candidates selected to the Assistant Public Prosecutors of Zones I to
VI of the erstwhile state of Andhra
Pradesh and accordingly verified the antecedents reports through the Additional Director General of
Police, Intelligence, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and requested the Government to issue necessary orders.
2. According
to the Andhra Pradesh Re-organization Act, the state of Andhra Pradesh was
bifurcated into the state of Andhra Pradesh and the State of Telangana Andhra Pradesh State
and Zones V and VI of the Telangana State
3. After careful examination of the list of selected candidates,
Government hereby approve the said list
of the 37 selected candidates of zones I to IV received through the Additional
Director of Prosecutions (FAC), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and appoint the thirty seven (37) candidates
selected in zones I to IV of the Successor State of Andhra Pradesh as mentioned
in the Annexure to this
order as Assistant Public Prosecutor in
the time scale of pay of Rs.18030
– 490 -18520 – 530 – 20110 – 570 – 21820 – 610 – 23650 – 650 – 25600 -
700-27700 -750 29950 – 800 – 32350 – 850 – 34900 – 900 – 37600 – 970 -40510 -
1040 – 43630 temporarily
under Section 10 (a) of the
Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules,1996 read with
the Andhra Pradesh State Prosecution Service Rules, 1992 issued
vide G.O.1st read
above subject to the conditions as detailed hereunder.
(i) that the above appointment is purely
temporary and is liable to be terminated
at any time without prior notice and without
assigning any reasons; and
(ii) that the services of the candidates will be
regularized subject to his/her character and conduct being found to be satisfactory.
4. The
candidates appointed for the post of Assistant Public prosecutor should
join the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor immediately after
communicating the training schedule.
5. The appointment of the
candidates for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor is subject to out come
of OAs/WPs/RAs/RPs/CAs/SLPS etc., if any
pending in the courts.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers
conferred under rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service
Rules, 1996 and Section 25 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 (Central Act
No.2 of 1974) read with the Andhra Pradesh State Prosecution Service Rules,1992
issued in GO Ms.No.188, Home (Courts.C) Department, Dated 30.3.1992, the
Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint on temporary basis the
Thirty Seven (37) candidates of zone
I to Zone IV of the successor State of Andhra Pradesh shown in the
Annexure to this notification as Assistant Public Prosecutors in the Category-7 of the Andhra Pradesh State
Prosecution Service in the time scale
