O R D E R :-
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, Backward Classes Welfare, A.P.,
Hyderabad has submitted proposal for release of Rs.15,11,10,000/- and Rs.3,00,00,000/-
Additional Budget (RS.18,11,10,000/-) total rupees eighteen crore eleven lakhs and ten
thousand towards ad-hoc Central Assistance to the Government of Andhra Pradesh for
providing scholarships to the OBC students under the Central Sponsored Scheme of Post
Matric Scholarships for 2014-15.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance Department have issued Budget
Release Orders for an amount of Rs. 18,11,10,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores Eleven Lakhs
Ten Thousands) Plan as re-appropriated towards ad-hoc central assistance to the
Government of Andhra Pradesh for providing scholarships to the OBC students under the
Central Sponsored Scheme of Post Matrict Scholarships for 2014-15 under schemes, Head
of Accounts mentioned therein.

3. In pursuance of the orders in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord
administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Backward Classes Welfare, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 18,11,10,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores Eleven Lakhs Ten
Thousands) Plan as re-appropriated towards ad-hoc central assistance to the Government of
Andhra Pradesh for providing scholarships to the OBC students under the Central Sponsored
Scheme of Post Matrict Scholarships for 2014-15 under the following schemes:-

necessary action accordingly.

regulation subject to obtaining pending provision of funds by way of supplementary
estimates at the appropriate time during 2014-15 towards meeting the expenditure on Post
Matric Scholarships to BC students under the Scheme of “Post Matric Scholarships to BC
Students.
