O R D E R:
The Government vide reference 8 th read above have issued the Andhra
Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Rules,
2015 which is a voluntary scheme.

2. Hon’ble Chief Minister of the State has instructed that certain new/ modified
benefits shall be given to farmers of Capital Region who gave their land in Land
Pooling Scheme.
3. The Government after careful examination of the matter hereby issues the
following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme
(Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2015 issued vide reference 8 th read above.

A M E N D M E N T S

A. Clause 2 of Rule 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme
(Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2015 issued in reference 8 th read
above shall be substituted with the following table.

“The Authority shall guarantee the return of reconstituted land and payment of
benefits to the land owners per every acre of original land surrendered under
the land pooling scheme as follows: “

B. The following benefits shall be incorporated in Schedule – III after 1 (ii) (e) of
the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and
Implementation) Rules, 2015.

(f) For the farmers who have given their lands in Land Pooling Scheme,
the annual payments will start from 01.03.2015 and the last date for
harvesting of crops is 30 th April, 2015

(g) For the farmers who have given their dry and jareebu land of less than
1.00 acre in Land Pooling Scheme, will be paid Rs.30,000/- for dry land
and Rs.50,000/- for Jareebu land for 10 years.

(h) Irrespective of the nature of crop, all types of fruits and horticulture
crop farmers are eligible to get a loan wavier up to Rs.1,50,000/-.

(i) For the farmers who harvested/cultivated crops that are not covered in
loan wavier scheme announced by the Government in G.O.Ms No.164
Finance(IF) Dept. dt. 02-08-2014 and subsequent orders issued there
on in this matter, will now be provided a loan wavier up to
Rs.1,50,000/- through CRDA. However, if the farmer has already
availed a part of loan wavier, the same will be deducted from
Rs.1,50,000/- and the remaining amount will be wavied.

C. The following modifications/Additions to the Forms utilizing in LPS issued in
the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and
Implementation) Rules, 2015 shall be made.
