O R D E R:-
In the G.O. read above, Government have issued orders for
registration of a corporate entity under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013
with Headquarters at Vijayawada under the name and style “Rythu Sadhikara
Samstha (Farmer’s Empowerment Corporation)” and it would be located in
the Department of Agriculture as one-stop-shop for all farmer development,
welfare and empowerment activities with the Prl. Secy., (Agri.), Prl. Secy.,
(AH)., Prl. Secy., (Horticulture, Mktg., and Coop.), and the Prl. Secy., (Fin.)
as Founder-Directors. Accordingly, the Rythu Sadhikara Samstha has been
registered vide No.095487 on 17.10.2014.

2. In order to address the needs and challenges of the Farmer’s
Empowerment and sustainable development, the Government have decided
to constitute a Committee to review and recommend appropriate
organizational structure for Rythu Sadhikara Samstha. The Committee will
also review the structure and functions of the Departments under the control
of Agriculture & Cooperation Department along with other Corporations and
Societies and to recommend with an integrated Organisational structure
which is futuristic and is capable of discharging the agenda mandated to the
Rythu Sadhikara Samstha.

3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination, hereby
constitute the Committee with Sri C.S. Rao, IAS., (Retd.) as Chairman and
Sri P. Krishnaiah, IAS., (Retd.) as Member to review and recommend
appropriate organizational structure for Rythu Sadhikara Samstha. The
Committee will also review the structure and functions of the Departments
under the control of Agriculture & Cooperation Department along with other
Corporations and Societies and to recommend with an integrated
Organisational structure which is futuristic and is capable of discharging the
agenda mandated to the Rythu Sadhikara Samstha.
4. The Committee shall submit its recommendations within a period of
three weeks.
