O R D E R:
Government of Andhra Pradesh vide G.O. first read above had
constituted State Level Distribution Reforms Committee to review the progress
of APDRP implementation and the same continued till the bifurcation of the
State.
2. While detailing Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS) and its
various components, the Ministry of Power in their Office Memorandum 3rd
read above, mentioned that the existing State Level Distribution Committee
(DRC) constituted for R-APDRP shall also cover the proposed IPDS.
3. The Chairman and Managing Director, TS-TRANSCO vide his letter 4th
read above submitted a proposal to reconstitute the State Level DRC for
Telangana State on similar lines as proposed under G.O. first read above,
which has now been mandated to cover IPDS under its scope.
4. Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby constitute
the State Level Distribution Reforms Committee, comprising of the following
members, for the State of Telangana, for reviewing R-APDRP and Integrated
Power Development Scheme (IPDS) and its components:

1 Principal Secretary to Government/ Secretary to Govt., Energy Department, Government of
Telangana. Member
2 Chairman and Managing Director, TSTRANSCO. Member
3 Chairman and Managing Director, TSSPDCL. Member
4 Chairman and Managing Director, TSNPDL. Member
5 Chairman and Managing Director, SCCL. Member
6 Representative from National Thermal Power Corporation not below the rank of Executive
Director.Member
7 Representative from Ministry of Power, Govt. of India Member
8 Concerned Director in TSTRANSCO. Convener

5. The Chairman and Managing Director, TSTRANSCO, shall take further
necessary action accordingly.
