ORDER:
Orders were issued in reference 1st read above, declaring the birthday
Celebration of Mahatma Jyothiba Phule falling on 11.04.2015 as “State
Function” every year. In the reference 2nd read above, orders were also issued
communicating the slient features in the life history of Mahatma Jyothiba Phule
including the achievements in the fields of Social & Economic aspects of the
above Mahathma Jyothiba Phule. Further it was also sanctioned an amount of
Rs.7.00 lakhs to meet the expenditure in connection with celebration of 189th
Jayanthi of Mahatma Jyothiba Phule. In partial modification of the orders
issued in the para 5 of reference 2 read above, the following revised orders are
issued.

2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Director (FAC) , Backward Classes
Welfare, Telangana State, Hyderabad has requested to nominate the Chairman
for the Jayanthi Celebration Committee for smooth conduct of the Birthday
Celebration of Mahatma Jyothiba Phule falling on 11.04.2015. Government
after careful examination of the matter here by nominate the Hon’ble Minister
for Forest, Environment and Backward Classes Welfare, namely Shri.Jogu
Ramanna garu on behalf of the Government of Telangana will chair the said
Celebrations Committee. The Celebration shall not be used for any political
campaign and no address shall be made by any political functionary on political
lines.

3. The Director (FAC), Backward Classes Welfare, Telangana State,
Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
