3) Lr. Rc. No.6/GCDS/2015, dated: 23.03.,2015 from the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad.

ORDER:-

Sri G. V. Krishna Murthy, Assistant Secretary to Govt., (Retd), Home Department has submitted the medical bills alongwith enclosures incurred towards medical expenses for his treatment for Diabetes, Hyper Tension, for a period from 18.12.2014 to 19.03.2015, for an amount of Rs.5,283/- at Govt. Civil Dispensary, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad and requested to reimburse the said amount at an early date, in the reference read above.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the medical bills have been forwarded to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad, for their scrutiny and report.

3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyderabad, has scrutinized and issued admissibility report for an amount of Rs. 5,283/-, (Rupees Five thousand two hundred and eighty three Only).

4. Government hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs. 5,283/- (Rupees Five thousand two hundred and eighty three Only) to Sri G .V .Krishna Murthy, Assistant Secretary to Govt.,(Retd), Home Department, for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him towards his treatment for Diabetes, Hyper Tension, for a period from 18.12.2014 to 19.03.2015.

5. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-4 above, shall be debited to ‘‘2071- Pension and other retirement benefits 01 – Civil – MH 800 Other Expenditure, SH (05) Medical reimbursement of all types of Pensioners, 040 – Pensionery charges, 043 – Medical Reimbursement”.

6. The Home (OP-Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 4 above to Sri G. V. Krishna Murthy, Assistant Secretary to Govt., (Retd), Home Department as per rules in force.
