a) whether it is a fact that the Government has decided to shift the Government Tuberculosis and Chest Hospital at Erragadda to the T.B. Sanitarium at Ananthagiri Hills, Vikarabad ;

b) whether it is also a fact that it has been decided to construct new Ultra Modern Secretariat Complex in the Chest Hospital premises ;

c) if so, the details thereof ?

Council of Ministers held a meeting on 30-1-2015 has passed a resolution to construct New Secretariat Building Complex with offices of all Head of Departments in the existing premises of Government General and Chest Hospital etc., with total land area of 72 acres.

Proforma estimate proposal for an amount of Rs.150.00 crores (excluding amenities) has been submitted by Chief Engineer (R&B) buildings, Telangana State for according administrative sanction, vide their office letter No. DEEII/AE8/New Secretariat/Erragadda/519/2015 to Government and the same is under examination.

Government vide G.O.Rt.No.61, HM&FW (C2)Deptt, Dt:-27.01.2015 have issued orders stating that the Government have decided to shift the existing Govt.TB & Chest Hospital, Erragadda to TB Sanatorium, Ananthagiri, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy Dist. Administrative Sanction has also been accorded  for an amount of Rs.7.70 Crores for carrying out the repairs and renovation to TB Sanatorium, Ananthagiri for shifting of the TB & Chest Hospital, Erragadda, Hyderabad.
