ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Endowments

Department, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, after careful

examination of the matter, Government have decided to issue Notification

for calling applications from the interested persons for constitution of Non-

Hereditary Trust Board to the Temples in the State of Telangana.

2. Accordingly, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section

(1) of Section 15 of Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious

Institutions & Endowments Act 1987 (Telangana Adaptation Order) 2014

(Act No. 30/87) as amended by Act 33/2007 read with sub-rule (1) of rule 4

of the Appointment of Trustees Rules, 1987, Government hereby notify in

the Form-I appended to this order inviting applications in the Form-II from

the interested persons for constitution of Non-Hereditary Trust Board to the

Temples as shown in the list annexed to this notification.

3. The Commissioner of Endowments Department, Hyderabad is

requested to take necessary action for causing publication of the said

notification as envisaged under rule 4 and also in any news papers as

envisaged under proviso to rule (4) of Appointment of Trustees Rules, 1987

and send a copy of such publication.

It is hereby informed that a Non-Hereditary Trust Board will be

constituted to the temples (List enclosed) by the Government under

Sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and

Hindu Religious Institutions & Endowments Act 1987 (Telangana

Adaptation Order) 2014 as amended by Act 33/2007 after (20) days

from the date of this Notice.

Interested persons may send their applications for trusteeship

in the prescribed proforma vide Form-II of the rules under subsection

(3) of section 17 of Act, within twenty days from the date of

this notice to the Commissioner of Endowments, Hyderabad and Joint

Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner/Assistant Commissioner of the

subject temple.
