O R D E R:

The following transfers and postings are notified with immediate effect:

1. Smt. G. Jayalakshmi, IAS (1995), Secretary to Government,
Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department is
transferred and posted as Secretary to Government (Youth
Service, Sports & Culture), in the department of Youth
Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department, in the existing
vacancy.

2. Sri B. Sreedhar, IAS (1998), Secretary to Government, I.T.E. & C
Department is transferred and his services are placed at the
disposal of Industries & Commerce Department to appoint him as
Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Industrial Infrastructure
Corporation, vice Sri K.V.Satyanarayana, IAS (2004) transferred.

3. On his transfer, Sri K.V.Satyanarayana, IAS (2004), is posted as
Joint Secretary to Government (Protocol), General Administration
Department and Director, Protocol.
He is also kept in-charge of the post of Managing Director,
A.P.Aviation Corporation Limited, until further orders.

4. Sri Girija Shankar, IAS (2001), Vice Chairman & Managing
Director, A.P. Mineral Development Corporation Limited (APMDC),
is transferred and posted as Director, Mines & Ex-Officio
Additional Secretary to Government (Mines & Geology), Industries
& Commerce Department.

5. Sri K. Harshavardhan, IAS (2005), who is waiting for posting, is
posted as Director, Backward Classes Welfare and Vice Chairman
& Managing Director, A.P. B.C. Co-op. Finance Corporation
Limited.

6. Sri K.Dhananjaya Reddy, IAS (2006), Director, Disaster
Management & Ex-Officio Deputy Secretary to Government,
Revenue (DM) Department is transferred and posted as Director,
Agriculture, in the existing vacancy.
He is also placed in full additional charge of the post
Director, Disaster Management & Ex-Officio Deputy Secretary to
Government, Revenue (DM) Department, until further orders.

7. Sri Adusumilli V. Rajamouli, IAS (UP:2003), who is waiting for
posting, on his Inter Cadre deputation to Andhra Pradesh, is
posted as Joint Secretary to Chief Minister in Chief Minister’s
Office.

8. Sri Y. Madhusudan Reddy, IFS (1990), Managing Director, A.P.
Urban Finance & Infrastructure Development Corporation, is
transferred and posted as Managing Director, A.P. Seeds
Corporation and Managing Director, A.P. State Agro Industries
Development Corporation Limited (Agros).
He shall handover the charge of the post of Managing
Director, A.P. Urban Finance & Infrastructure Development
Corporation to the Managing Director, A.P. Urban Greening &
Beautification Corporation.

9. Sri Naresh Penumaka, IRS (1987), who is waiting for posting on
his deputation to Andhra Pradesh, is posted as Commissioner,
Handloom and Textiles and Chief Executive Officer, Khadi &
Village Industries Board (KVIB) and Managing Director, A.P.
Handicrafts Corporation Limited. He shall be Ex-Officio Secretary
to the above subjects and Sugar in Industries & Commerce
Department.

10. Sri G.S.Phani Kishore, IRS (1992), who is waiting for posting on
his deputation to Andhra Pradesh, is posted as Special Secretary
to Government, I.T. & C Department and Managing Director, A.P.
Technology Services (APTS).

11. Sri Venkaiah Chowdary Chirumamilla, IRS (2005), OSD to Chief
Minister is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal
of Industries & Commerce Department to post him as Vice
Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Mineral Development
Corporation Limited (APMDC), vice Sri Girija Shankar, IAS (2001),
transferred.
