Order:

              Government of Andhra Pradesh is implementing several Government of India schemes in Animal Husbandry Sector  such as National Programmes on Bovine Breeding and Dairy Development (NPBBDD), Rashtriya Gokul Mission (RGM), Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY), National Livestock Mission (NLM), Livestock Health and Disease Control (LH&DC) and Dairy Entrepreneurship Development Scheme (DEDS) etc., including National Dairy Plan, Phase-I (NDP-I) and State budgetary allocations Many of the schemes have over lapping objective and have lot of duplication in activities. Hence, Government decided  to constitute a State Level Monitoring Committee for effective coordination and monitoring of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development Schemes.

2.           Accordingly, Government, hereby constitute a State Level Monitoring Committee for effective coordination and monitoring of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development schemes of Government of India implemented by the Heads of the Departments under the control of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries Department and their convergence, with the following members.

1)      Principal Secretary to Government,           -        Chairman                       Animal Husbandry Dairy

Development & Fisheries Department

2)      Managing Director,                                        -      Member

         A.P. Dairy Dev. Coop. Federation Limited,

3)      Chief Executive Officer,                                -        Member

A.P. Livestock Development Agency

    4)      Head of the Department,

            Animal Husbandry Department,

           A.P. Hyderabad.                                                 - Member/Convener

5)      Representative nominated by

Commissioner and Director of Agriculture     -        Member

6)      Representative from                                    -        Invitee

National Dairy Development Board

3.           The Head of the Department, AH Department, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
