ORDER :

The term of the Chairman and Members of the Andhra Pradesh Commission for Backward Classes constituted in the G.O.1st read above expired by 24.09.2011.

2.Government after examining the matter in detail have decided to reconstitute the A.P. 
Commission for Backward Classes.

3.The Government hereby direct that the following notification shall be published in the Extraordinary issue of A.P. Gazette dated.18.01.2016.

                                NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of Andhra Pradesh Commission for 
Backward Classes Act, 1993 (Act No.20 of 1993), the Government hereby reconstitute with immediate effect the Andhra Pradesh Commission for Backward Classes consisting of : 

1.Justice K.L.Manjunath,  (Retd.)    … Chairman
2.Member Secretary, A.P.Commission for B.Cs … Member Secretary

4.The Chairman of A.P. Commission for Backward Classes except Member Secretary shall
 hold office for a term of three years from the date of assumption of office in terms of 
Section 4 (1) of A.P. Commission for Backward Classes (Act No.20 of 1993) as amended by 
Act No.2 of 2000.
