ORDER:
The Additional Director General of
Police, Intelligence, Hyderabad in his
letter read above has
reported that the Cabinet Sub-Committee on Left Wing
Extremism, which met on
20.03.2013, had accepted the case of Sri
M.A.Karim, PC 4 of
Nalgonda District, who has been medically boarded out
from service due to
permanent incapacitation in LWE violence, for payment of
full salary till the date
of superannuation and thereafter pension and
accordingly orders were
issued vide G.O.Ms.No.192, Home (Ser.II)
Department, dated
08.08.2013.

The Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Hyderabad has
further stated that the
following (3) more similar cases of medially boarded
out/ totally incapacitated
in extremist violence have been reported from the
State:-
In view of the pathetic conditions in
which the families of the medically
boarded out police
personnel figured at Sl.No. 1 & 2 above are living, they
deserve payment of full
salary from the date of medical invalidation to till the
date of their
superannuation minus pension being paid and thereafter
pension as in the case of
Police personnel died in the extremist violence.
Similarly, the family of
late HC 879 Sri Syed Osman (Sl.No.3) shall also fully
deserve payment of full
salary from the date of medical invalidation to the
date of superannuation
(minus pension and thereafter pension). The
Additional Director
General of Police, Intelligence, Hyderabad has, therefore,
requested the Government
to place of the matter before the Cabinet Sub-
Committee on left wing
extremism for favourable consideration of the
proposal for payment of
full salary to them till date of their superannuation,
on par with the case of
Sri M.A.Karim, PC 4 of Nalgonda District.

After careful examination of the entire matter, Government hereby
accord permission for
payment of full salary in respect of (i) Sri K.Anantha
Reddy, PC 824 of 4th Bn, Mamnoor, Warangal; (ii) Sri G.Srinivas Reddy, PC
391 of 4th Bn., Mamnoor, Warangal; and (iii) Sri Syed Osman, HC 879 of DAR
Warangal, who were
medically boarded out due to permanent incapacitation
in extremist/ terrorist
violence, till the date of their superannuation on par
with the police personnel
died in extremist violence, as recommended by the
Cabinet Sub-Committee.

This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.I) Department
vide their U.O.
No.1825/568/EBS.I/A1/2015, dated 05.01.2016.
