O R D E R:
In the circumstances stated in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby issue following amendment to the orders issued in G.O. 1st read above, relating to the
guidelines for admission of Foreign Nationals / PIO / Children of Indian workers in Gulf Countries in to AICTE approved Institutions under Supernumerary quota at Para 3 of G.O.1st read above:
AMENDMENT
a) In para 3 of G.O. 1st read above under heading “Eligibility Criterion”, after end of bullet point, the following is added.
The candidate is required to submit the certificates authenticated by the Embassy of the Country concerned on the recognition and validity of such certificate.
b) In para 3 of G.O.1st read above, under heading “Admissions”,
i) after end of second bullet point, the following is added.
For this purpose, the College shall place the Notification in the College website indicating the following along with the schedule of admissions as declared by the Competent Authority.

ii) after end of 3rd bullet point, the following is added.
and recognition of the Board of Intermediate Education or Institute by Association of Indian Universities.
d) In para 3 of G.O.1st read above, under heading “Tuition Fees”, after the bullet point, the following is added:
Penalty / Action
The Competent Authority is empowered to impose fine or to initiate appropriate action or both, if any violations noticed on the admissions made under this Scheme by the Colleges concerned.
2. The Commissioner of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad / Secretary, A.P. State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
