ORDER:
           In the reference 3rd read above, the Member Secretary, Andhra Pradesh
Pollution Control Board, Vijayawada, has sent proposals for reconstitution of the
Board.

2. After careful examination of the matter, the Government have decided to
reconstitute the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board, and to appoint the
following Officials and Non-officials as indicated in the notification as the Chairman
and Members of the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board.

3. The following notification shall be published in the next issue of Andhra
Pradesh Gazette:

NOTIFICATION

 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) read with Sub-section
(2) of Section 4 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974,
(Central Act 6 of 1974), adopted on 30.7.1995, by the State of Andhra Pradesh, the
Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby re-constitute the Andhra Pradesh Pollution
Control Board with the following Official and non-officials as Chairman and
Members of the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board.

1. Sri B.S.S. Prasad : Chairman

2. Principal Secretary to Government,
EFS&T Department, Andhra Pradesh. : Member

3. Principal Secretary to Government,
Municipal Administration and Urban
Development Department, Andhra Pradesh. : Member
