ORDER:-

In the reference 3^rd read above, orders have been issued for constituting Affiliation Committee, regulating the fee structure and Affiliation procedure for Diploma in Elementary Education Course in Private D.EI.Ed Colleges.

2. In the reference 4^th read above, the Commissioner of School Education has stated that as per the orders issued in G.O. 3^rd read above, SCERT, A.P., is collecting Affiliation Fee @ Rs.75,000/- for first year for an intake of 50 students and an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- for renewal of affiliation for four years to the existing colleges. But, Pvt. D.El.Ed Colleges are obtaining permission for additional intake ranging from 50–200 seats and no provision on collection of affiliation fee on the following:-

i. fresh affiliation for intake of 100 students i.e., two units at a time

ii. additional intake of 50 / 100 students (i.e, two units at a time) to the existing colleges; and

iii. renewal of affiliation for four years in case more than intake of 100 students i.e.,150 / 200 students.

3 The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. has, therefore, suggested certain amounts to be collected as affiliation fee from the Pvt. D.El.Ed. Colleges for fresh/additional intake / renewal of affiliation etc. and requested to issue orders accordingly.

4. In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., after careful examination of the matter and in partial modification of orders issued for collection of affiliation fee prescribed under para 4 of G.O. 3^rd read above, Government hereby issue orders to collect Affiliation fee for granting of fresh affiliation for new Private D.El.Ed Colleges and also for granting additional intake and for renewal of affiliation for the existing Private D.El..Ed Colleges for conducting D.El.Ed course, as follows:-

1.	Affiliation Fee for 1^st year for grant of fresh affiliation for an intake of 50 students i.e., for one unit	Rs.75,000/-
2.	Affiliation Fee for 1^st year for grant of fresh affiliation for an intake of 100 students i.e., for two units at a time	Rs.1,50,000/-
3.	Affiliation Fee for 1^st year for grant of fresh affiliation with intake of more than 100 students at a time	Rs.2,00,000/-
4.	Affiliation fee for 1^st year for Additional intake of 50 students i.e., one unit to the existing colleges	Rs. 75,000/-
5.	Affiliation fee for 1^st year for Additional intake of 100 students i.e.., two units at a time to the existing colleges.	Rs.1,50,000/-
6.	Affiliation fee for 1^st year for additional intake of more than 100 students at a time to the existing colleges.	Rs.2,00,000/-
7.	Affiliation Fee for renewal of affiliation for four years for the existing colleges with an annual intake of 50 students/100 students	Rs.1,00,000/-
8.	Affiliation Fee for renewal of affiliation for four years for the existing colleges with an annual intake of more than 100 students i.e., 150/200 students	Rs. 2,00,000/-
