ORDER:
The Home (Courts.C) Department have
stated that, in the reference 1st and 2nd read above, the
Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has furnished
proposal for considering the request of the Chief Security Commissioner,
Railway Protection Force, South Central Railway, Secunderabad, for
establishment of Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways at
Khazipet in Warangal District with the following staff and having jurisdiction
over the areas Warangal, Khammam, Ramagundam, Sirpurkagaznagar and Bhadrachalam
Road along with the jurisdiction over the Railway Protection Force (RPF) posts
and Government Railway Protection (GRP) Stations of such areas.

2. In the reference 3rd read above, Government
have issued orders for establishment of Court of Judicial Magistrate of First
Class for Railways at Khazipet in Warangal District.
3. Regarding sanction of staff and other expenditure,
Government
hereby accord sanction the following posts to the newly
established Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Railways at
Khazipet in Warangal District.

4. The Home (Courts-C) Department is permitted to engage
one
Masalchi on contract / outsourcing basis.
5. The Home (Courts-C) Department/ Registrar (Vigilance),
High Court
of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action
accordingly.
