Nursing Education-- Issue of Essentiality Certificate / No Objection Certificate to start Government College of Nursing with B.Sc., (Nursing) course in M.G.M. Hospital, Warangal in anticipation of teaching and non-teaching posts—Orders—
Issued.

ORDER—
In the reference second read above orders were issued to accord administrative sanction for construction of buildings to New Government Nursing Colleges at Kurnool and Warangal with an amount of Rs.480.00 lakhs and
Rs.570.00 lakhs respectively.

2. In the reference third read above, the building was taken over by the Superintendent, MGM Hospital, Warangal conditionally.

3. In the reference fourth read above, the Director of Medical Education submitted proposals for creation of teaching and non-teaching posts to the newly sanctioned Government Nursing College at M.G.M. Hospital Warangal to start B.Sc. (Nursing) course, with an intake capacity of 100 seats per annum, and also requested to sanction required budget to the said college.
4. In the reference fifth read above, the Director of Medical Education has reported that if Essentiality certificate is issued by the Government, the Dr.NTR University of Health Sciences is willing to issue provisional affiliation and Indian Nursing Council can be approached for permission to admit 100 B.Sc (Nursing) students for this academic year 2011-2012 and therefore requested the
Government to issue essentiality certificate for  establishment of new Government B.Sc (Nursing) College at MGM Hospital, Warangal with an intake of 100 B.Sc
(Nursing) students enabling them to approach Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada to seek affiliation and to take further steps in the matter.

5. After careful examination of the matter Government hereby issue Essentiality Certificate / No objection Certificate to start a new Government Nursing College with B.Sc., (Nursing) course, in MGM .Hospital, Warangal with an intake capacity of hundred (100) students, in anticipation of sanction of teaching and non-teaching posts, since buildings have already been constructed
and inaugurated, subject to fulfillment of requirements of eligibility stipulated in G.O. Ms. No. 145, HM & FW (M2) Dept. dated 18-5-1998, the statutes of Dr. N.T.R University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada and approval of Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and orders issued by the State Government from time to time and subject to condition that the Director of Medical Education shall
manage to depute the persons required for running the college from other Nursing Colleges or with such staff who are having the requisite qualifications as required for the posts therein until regular posts sanctioned to the MGM Hospital, Warangal.

The Director of Medical Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter.
