ORDER:

In his letter seventh read above, Sri S. Sri Saravanan, IFS (99) has

informed that he is having two living children and that his wife Smt. V.

Pavithra has undergone Tubectomy Operation (Family Planning Operation) on

31.12.2010 and requested to grant him Family Planning allowance.

2. As the conditions stipulated by the Government of India in their

letters 1st and 2nd read above are satisfied in the case of Sri S. Sri Saravanan,

IFS (99), Government hereby order that Family Planning Allowance at the rate

admissible on the date of operation be released to the Member of Service

with effect from 1.1.2011 i.e from the first of the month of following the

date of operation as indicated below:
