GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (AR&T.I) DEPARTMENT

ORDER:-

In the G.Os.1st to 3rd read above, guidelines were issued regarding grant of Incentive Awards to Government Servants for outstanding good work done by them in discharge of their duties. In the G.O.4th read above, orders were issued reconstituting the Incentive Awards Committee.

2. The Incentive Awards Committee which met on 11.09.2013 and 05.10.2013 under the Chairmanship of Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Spl. Chief Secretary, A.P., Hyderabad have examined the proposals received from various Departments of Secretariat, HoDs and District Collectors for grant of Incentive Awards to Officers / Employees working under their administrative control. The Incentive Awards Committee has recommended for sanction of Incentive Awards to (128) Officers and Employees for their outstanding good work.

3. Government have carefully examined the matter in the light of the recommendations of the Incentive Awards Committee and hereby sanction Incentive Cash Award and Merit Certificate to the Officers and Employees as detailed below:-

5. The expenditure towards the cash award sanctioned above under the “Incentive Awards Scheme” shall be debited to the detailed Head “050 – Rewards” under relevant Major, Minor Sub-Head of Accounts of the concerned Departments, and if budget provision is not available, the expenditure shall be incurred by way of re-appropriation from the savings available in other sub-heads in the same demand.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD.I) Department vide their U.O. No.27244/697/Expr.GAD.I/2013, dt:22.10.2013.
