Read the following:

O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above orders were issued constituting a Working Group for
updating and revision of A.P. Financial Code and A.P. Treasury Code with the Director
General, Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resource Development Institute of Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad as it’s Chairman.
2) In the reference 2nd read above, further orders were issued constituting the Assistant
Secretary to Government dealing with the Finance (TFR) Department shall act as
Secretary and Convener of the Working Group constituted in the G.O. 1st read above and
the Finance (TFR) Department shall assist the Working Group in correspondence relating to
the Committee’s work, gathering of relevant references, records and information.
3) In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of Treasuries & Accounts, A.P.,
Hyderabad has requested to nominate Two Teams for taking up the Revision of the Codes,
One for A.P. Financial Code and the other for A.P. Treasury Code comprising of Two Senior
Officers in each team and suggested that Sri B.L.Hanumantha Rao, Additional Director will
act as resource person assisted by Sri J.Venkataratnam, CAO, O/o. the DSE, A.P., Hyd for
review and revision of A.P. Financial Code. Similarly, for review and revision of A.P.
Treasury Code, Sri G.Sivakumar Reddy, Joint Director along with Sri A.Siva Prasad, Jt.
Director of T & A Dept., are identified.
4) Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby nominate Two
Teams for taking up the Revision of the Codes, One for A.P. Financial Code and the other
for A.P. Treasury Code comprising of Two Senior Officers in each team as indicated below:
