ORDER:-

      In the circumstances stated by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, APSRTC, Hyderabad in the letter 1st read above and keeping in view the representation of APSRTC Employees Union and National Mazdoor Union on various issues to the Government connected with the Corporation including financial stringencies, organizational restructuring etc, Government, have decided as mentioned below:

2. The APSRTC Employees Union and the National Mazdoor Union have requested for studying the possibility of merger of APSRTC with the Government.

3.   Government, after careful consideration of the above, and in supersession of the orders issued in the G.O 3rd read above, hereby constitute a Committee with the following Members to study and make suitable recommendations on the issues mentioned by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, APSRTC:-  

    1. Dy./ Joint/ Addl. Secretary to Govt., T.R&B Dept    -           Member
       (Dealing with APSRTC subject)
    2. F.A & C.A.O, APSRTC                                            -           Member
    3. Representatives from APSRTC Unions                   -           Member
    4. Executive Director (Admn.), APSRTC                    -           Member Convener

2.   In addition to the above, the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, A.P.S.R.T.C may co-opt or recommend to Government for inclusion any other Member(s).

3.         The Committee shall submit their recommendations within a period of (100) days
