IAS Transfers on 24-12-2013

The following transfers and postings are notified:-
1) Sri R.V. Chandravadan, IAS (AP:1993), Joint Director General, Dr. MCR
HRDI of A.P. is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of
Panchayat Raj & Rural Development for posting as M.D., REEMAP & E.O.
Secretary to Government, in the existing vacancy.

2) Smt. Christina Z. Chongthu, IAS (AP:2001) is posted as Special
Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, in the existing vacancy;
3) The services of Sri A. Srinivas, IAS (HY.2004), who has reported to duty on
inter-cadre deputation to A.P. cadre and waiting for posting, are placed at
the disposal of the Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries
Department for posting as VC & MD, A.P. Dairy Development Cooperative
Federation Limited in the existing vacancy. The terms and conditions are
annexed to this order.
4) The services of Sri K.V. Satyanrayana, IAS (2004), Secretary, A.P. Tribal
Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society are withdrawn from the
Tribal Welfare Department and he is posted as Commissioner, Handlooms
& Textiles in the existing vacancy;
5) Sri H. Arun Kumar, IAS (AP:2004), Joint Collector & Addl. District
Magistrate, Karimnagar is transferred and his services are placed at the
disposal of the Tribal Welfare Department for posting as Secretary, A.P.
Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society. The terms and
conditions are annexed to this order.
6) Sri Sarfraz Ahmed, IAS (AP:2009) is transferred and posted as Joint
Collector & Addl. District Magistrate, Karimnagar vice Sri H. Arun Kumar,
IAS, transferred.
7) The services of Smt. Bharati Holikeri, IAS (AP:2010), Executive Director,
A.P.State Housing Corporation Limited, Hyderabad are withdrawn from
Housing Department and she is posted as Special Commissioner, A.P.
Housing Board, vice Sri Ch. Sridhar, IAS (AP:2007) transferred.
8) Sri Ch. Sridhar, IAS (AP:2007), Special Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh
Housing Board is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of
the Housing Department for posting as VC & MD, Rajiv Swagruha
Corporation Ltd., in place of Sri K. Devanand, IAS retiring from service on
31.12.2013 A.N. The terms and conditions are annexed to this order.

Sri M. Siva Prasad, IFS (2010), Divisional Forest Officer, Karimnagar (East) is transferred and posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Kagaznagar, vice Sri P. Ramesh, Assistant Conservator of Forests, transferred.   2. On transfer, Sri P. Ramesh, Assistant Conservator of Forests is posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Karimnagar (East) vice Sri M. Siva Prasad, IFS (2010). 

“Sri B.N.N. Murthy, IFS (2007), Deputy Conservator of Forests / Joint Director, Andhra Pradesh Forest Academy, Dulapally is transferred and posted  as Curator, Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad, vice Sri A. Shankaran, Deputy Conservator of Forests (State Cadre) transferred”.
