Transfers of IPS Officers & others on 25-2-14

The following transfers and postings of IPS Officers are notified with immediate effect:
4-3-14

1. Sri G. Anantha Ramu, IAS (90), shall continue as Commissioner, Transport. 

2. Sri K. Vijayanand, IAS (92), shall continue as Managing Director, APGENCO.    

3. Sri S.S.Rawat, IAS (92) is posted as Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department, in the existing vacancy.

 Sri Rahul Bojja, I.A.S (2000), Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh, is transferred and posted as Special Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the existing vacancy.  He will continue to hold Full Additional Charge of the post of Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh until further orders.

  ii) The services of Sri Ch. Sridhar, I.A.S (2007), Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited are withdrawn from Housing Department and he is posted as Joint Collector, & Additional District Magistrate, Chittoor vice Sri P. Basant Kumar, I.A.S (2007) transferred. 

 iii) On transfer, Sri P. Basant Kumar, I.A.S. (2007), is posted as Joint Secretary to Governor, Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad

Surender, Additional Registrar of             Co-operative Societies are placed at the disposal of Industries & Commerce Department, for posting as Executive Director, A.P.I.I.C., duly relieving Sri Rahul Bojja, I.A.S. from Full Additional Charge

  1. M.Srinivasulu, IPS(SPS), SP, CID is transferred and  posted as DCP(L&O), Visakhapatnam City in the existing vacancy.
  2. Dr. Mahender Kumar Rathod, IPS(TN:RR:2001) SP, CID is transferred and  posted as Commandant, SAR CPL, Amberpet in the existing vacancy.
  3. Sri D. Joel Davis, IPS(RR:2010), SDPO, Utnoor is  transferred and posted as SDPO, Adilabad vice Smt. K.Latha Madhuri who is on medical leave.

Municipal Commissioners 
                        

1.  In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, AP., Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government after careful examination, here by transfer Dr. Gulzar Bano Sheerie, Medical Officer (Ayurvedic) Vijayawada Municipal Corporation and post as Medical Officer (Ayurvedic), Kakinada Municipal Corporation in the existing vacancy on medical grounds as the Krishna District and East Godavari Districts are within the same zone i.e. Zone-II.
2.  ) Sri G.Sambasiva Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-III presently working as Municipal Commissioner, Rajampet Municipality who is a native of Prakasham District is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Bapatla Municipality on administrative grounds in view of the post of Municipal Commissioner, Bapatla Municipality being designated as ARO.


3. Sri Shaik Fazululla, Manager Category-III presently working as Revenue Officer, Kavali Municipality and who is native of Guntur District is posted temporarily as Municipal Commissioner, Rajampet Municipality, Kadapa District on O.D basis in the existing vacancy vice Sri G.Sambasiva Rao transferred.


4. Sri P.Srinivasa Rao, Manager Category-I who is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Grollaprolu N.P., vide
G.O.Rt.No.217, MA(A1) Deptt., Dt:10.2.2014 is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Atmakur Nagarapanchayathi, Nellore District. The native district of the individual is Guntur District.
5) Sri D.Jagan, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II who is reported to duty on return from leave and waiting for posting is posted as Assistant Director, O/o the Mission Director, MEPMA, Hyderabad in the existing vacancy. The native District of the individual is Nalgonda District.
6) Sri P.Krishna Murthy, Manager Category-II working as Manager, Chirala Municipality, native of Prakasham District is posted temporarily as Municipal Commissioner, Atmakur

8.Sri N.Shankar, Municipal Commissioner Grade-II presently working as Deputy Commissioner, Warangal Municipal Corporation and native of Nalgonda District is posted as Additional Commissioner, Warangal Municipal Corporation in exigencies of administration in view of the said post is designated Assistant Returning Officer for 106- Warangal East Assembly Constituency

9) Sri B.Suman Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II (on leave) recently transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Gadwal Municipality is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Warangal Municipal Corporation in the existing vacancy on administrative grounds in view of elections

10) Sri M.V.D Phani Ram, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II presently working as Assistant Commissioner, Vizainagaram Municipality who is native of West Godavari District is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation on administrative grounds, in view of the said post is designated Assistant Returning Officer for 169-Rajahmundry City Assembly

11) Sri N. Sivaji, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-I working as Zonal Commissioner, GVMC who is native of East Godavari is transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Chilakaluripet Municipality, Guntur District.

12) Sri Ishaq AB Khan, Manager Category-III working as Manager, Bhongiri Municipality who is native of Nalgonda District is posted temporarily as Municipal Commissioner, Gadwal Municipality on O.D basis

14.In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, AP., Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby post Sri G.V. Balaji, Municipal Commissioner, Vuyyuru Nagarapanchayath as Assistant
Commissioner, Machillipatnam Municipality in the existing vacancy on disciplinary grounds in the exigency of administration with immediate effect as per ii) of para 2 vide G.O.Ms.No.119, Finance (DCM.III) Dept., Dated:17.05.2013
