– All cash payments including salaries of May, 2014 under the payment control
of Director of Works Accounts to close by 24-05-2014 in view of re-organization
of State – Orders - Issued.

O R D E R:-
In the
reference read above, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad has furnished
certain proposals for arranging payments including salaries of May, 2014 under
his payment control in view of re-organization of State.
2.
After examination of the proposal, Government hereby orders the following:
a)
All the cash payments including salaries of May,
2014 under the payment control of Director of Works Accounts should be
completed by 24-05-2014;
b)
All the
concerned DDOs have to submit salary bills and other contingent bills by
20-05-2014;
c)
the Heads
of Departments are directed to complete the distribution of LOCs by 15-05-2014;
d)
there will be no L.A., authorization in May,
2014. The SDCs/RDOs and the DFOs should render accounts by 24-05-2014 for the
authorizations for Land Acquisition payment issued till the month of
April-2014;
e)
the last
authorization in respect of works payments is 23-05-2014. The Director of Works
Accounts shall complete payments by 24-05-2014;
f)
the
Director of Works Accounts shall close the accounts by 24-05-2014 and render
the same to Accountant General, A.P., by 31-05-2014.
