Apportionment of fees between the State Public Prosecutor and Additional Public Prosecutor

O R D E R :
In the G.O. 1 st read above, Government have issued orders specifying the share of honorarium for the then State Public Prosecutor and four Addl. Public Prosecutors in the ratio
of 40:15:15:15:15.
 
2.  In terms of G.O.2 nd read above, Government have enhanced the rates of fee and conveyance allowance payable to the State Public Prosecutor and Additional Public
Prosecutor on the disposal of cases before the High Court and the said fee shall be shared by the Public Prosecutor and Additional Public Prosecutor. The State Public Prosecutor in his letter 3 rd read above has requested to pass necessary orders for sharing the fees between the Public Prosecutor and the Additional Public Prosecutor in the 60:40 ratio.
 
3.  After careful examination of the matter and in the circumstances stated by the State Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, the Government hereby accept the
proposal of the State Public Prosecutor for apportionment of fees between the State Public Prosecutor and the Additional Public Prosecutor in the ratio of 60:40.
