ORDER :-

Whereas, it is now considered necessary to declare the intention of exclusion of certain villages under Agricultural Market Committee Siddipet, for constitution of separate Agricultural Market Committee, Nanganoor under clause (a) of sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966.)

2. The following notification will be published in the extraordinary issue of the Telangana State Gazette.

PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (4) of section 3 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 2095, F&A (Agri.IV) Department, Dated.29.10.1968 and published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7 th November, 1968 – Part- II miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of Telangana hereby declares its intention to bifurcate the area comprising the 3 mandals i.e. 1.Siddipet, 2.Nanganoor and 3.Chinnakodur as specified in Annexure I of the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Siddipet, and constitute and to declare it to be separate

Agricultural Market Committee, Nanganoor as specified in Annexure-II and remaining area of Agricultural Market Committee, Siddipet, after exclusion of Nanganoor Mandal as specified in Annexure-III for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce and Livestock and products of livestock specified in Schedule-II and other

commodities added to the said list from time to time of the aforesaid notification read with G.O.Ms.No. 286, Agriculture and Cooperation Department dated 05.07.1994.

3. Notice is hereby given that the matter will be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Telangana Gazette and that objections or suggestions if any, received before the expiry of the said period will be taken into consideration by the Government of Telangana, Hyderabad.

4. Objections and Suggestions if any should be addressed to the APC & Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKT.I) Department, Telangana, Hyderabad through the Commissioner and Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana Hyderabad in duplicate.
