O R D E R :
In the letters 1 st and 2 nd read above, the Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj,
Hyderabad, has requested to accord administrative sanction for the following
buildings under Maintenance of buildings grant of the year 2014-15 which are
to be taken up under Godavari Pushkaram 2015 Progromme:
2. Government, after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of
Rs.3,90,00,000/- (Three Crores and Ninety Lakhs only) towards renovations
& repairs and construction of the following Panchayat Raj Guest Houses in the
financial year 2014-15 from the grant “Maintenance of buildings”.
3. In respect of the Guest Houses at Sl.No.3 to 5, 50% of the amount
sanctioned in the financial year 2014-15 and remaining 50% amount shall
be sanctioned in the next financial year 2015-16.
4. The Chief Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad, shall take necessary
action accordingly.
