ORDER:

In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued to provide Personal

Assistant to MLAs from Government Departments, on deputation basis up to

the cadre of Senior Assistant, subject to certain conditions mentioned

therein.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, Sri Aroori Ramesh MLA,

Wardhannapet Constituency, Warangal District has proposed the name of Sri

K.Madhupal Rao, Second Grade Teacher, PS Nagapuram, Wardhannapet

Mandal, Warangal District to appoint as Personal Assistant to him on

deputation basis and the proposal requires relaxation of rules.

3. After careful examination of the request made by Sri Aroori Ramesh

MLA, Wardhannapet Constituency, Warangal District, Government here by

appoint Sri K.Madhupal Rao, Second Grade Teacher, PS Nagapuram,

Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District as Personal Assistant to him on

deputation basis in relaxation of the rules/conditions mentioned in the G.O.

1st read above with immediate effect.

4. The District Collector, Warangal District shall take necessary action in the

matter.
