O R D E R:
In the G.O. 1 st read above, Notification was published in an Extraordinary
Issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated the 27 th June, 1986 wherein by
exercising the powers conferred under Section 5 (a) of the Andhra Pradesh
Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Dacoits, Drug Offenders,
Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land Grabbers Act, 1986 (Act 1 of 1986),
ordering the places and conditions of detention;
2.  In the letter 2nd read above, the Director General of Prisons & Correctional
services, A.P., Hyderabad keeping in view of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation
Act, 2014 has requested to issue necessary amendment to clause 3 of the Andhra
Pradesh Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Dacoits, Drug-
Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land-Grabbers (Regulation of
place and conditions of detention) Order, 1986.
3.  The Government after careful examination, hereby decided to amend the
Andhra Pradesh Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Dacoits, Drug-
Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land Grabbers (Regulation of
place and conditions of detention) Order, 1986.
4.  The Director General of Prisons & Correctional services, A.P., Hyderabad
shall take necessary action in the matter.
5.  The following Notification will be published in an extraordinary Issue of the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated the 2nd, March, 2015.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 5 (a) of the Andhra
Pradesh Prevention of dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Dacoits, Drug
Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land Grabbers Act, 1986 (Act
1 of 1986), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following
amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Prevention of Dangerous Activities of
Bootleggers, Dacoits, Drug-Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and
Land-Grabbers (Regulation of place and conditions of detention) Order, 1986.
AMENDMENT
“For the Table under clause 3 of the said Order, the following Table shall be
substituted, namely:-
