From the T.C., A.P., Hyderabad, Letter No.9543/RS/2014,
dated 3.02.2015.

ORDER:-
In the reference first read above, the Transport Commissioner, A.P.,
Hyderabad has requested the Government to constitute a Committee of experts to
suggest actionable points for measurable outcomes to improve the road safety
situation in the State.
2. Government, after careful consideration, hereby constitutes Experts
Committee with the following Members:
3. The Committee shall interact with the government departments concerned
and other stake holders, review the road safety situation in the State from the
perspectives of engineering, enforcement and emergency care and submit its report
with actionable points for measurable outcomes to improve the road safety
situation in the State.
4. The Committee shall submit its report within 45 days of its constitution.
5. The Road Safety cell in the office of the transport commissioner shall render
necessary executive and ministerial assistance to the committee.
6. The experts of the Committee shall be paid a one-time honorarium of
Rs.1,00,000/- each, which shall be met from the budget provision of Transport
Department.
7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their
U.O.No1979/77/EBS.XI/A1/15,dated: 28/02/2015.
