ORDER:-
In
the letter read above, the Director
General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to
issue Notification to Re-organize the Satenapalli Sub-Division to create a new
sub-division at Thullur by removing the existing three police stations of
Sathenapalli sub-division and tagging to Thullur sub-division, as the
Government has taken a decision to set up new capital at Thullur Mandal of
Guntur District.
2. Accordingly,
the following notification will be published in an Extra-Ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:09-03-2015.
3. The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad
NOTIFICATION
In
exercise of the powers conferred by clause (v) of Section (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Central Act II of 1974) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares that with effect from 09-03-2015,
the Police Station mentioned in Column (5) shall cease to be in the
jurisdiction of Police District, Police Sub-Division, Police Circle in column (1), (2), (3) and (4) respectively of Guntur
(Revenue) District and shall form part of jurisdiction of Police Station,
Police Sub- Division and Police District mentioned in column (6), (7) & (8)
respectively of Guntur (Revenue)
District.
