Creation of posts in the peshi’s of (06) New Ministers

in the peshi’s of (06) New Ministers – Orders - Issued.

Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.522, Genl. Admn. (OP-II) Deptt., Dt:27.08.2011.
2. G.O.Ms.No.165, Genl. Admn. (Poll.B) Deptt., Dt:16.12.2014.
3. U.O.No.5618/OP.II/14 Genl. Admn. (OP.II) Deptt., Dt:05.03.2015.

ORDER:
In the G.O. 2ndread above, orders were issued appointing (06) new
Ministers of the Council of Ministers with effect from 16-12-2014 F.N.
2. In the reference 3rdread above, the General Administration (OP.II)
Department have requested to create the following posts in the peshi’s of (06)
New Ministers, as per the pattern specified in the G.O.1st read above:-

For (06) new MinisterPeshi’s:-

1. Private Secretary (Gazetted) : 6 x 1 = 6
2. Two Personal Assistant (Non–Gazetted)
(OR) one Addl. Private Secretary (Gazetted)/
one Personal Assistant (Non–Gazetted : 6 x 2 = 12
3. Additional Driver : 6 x 1 = 6
4. Jamedar : 6 x 1 = 6
5. Office Subordinate : 6 x 3 = 18

3. Government have examined the matter carefully and considered to create
theabove mentionedposts temporarily and to fill the posts on O.D. basis with the
same scale of pay and allowances as they are drawing in the parent
Departments and Special Pay as eligible to the posts for attending the duties in
the Peshi’s of Hon’ble Ministers. The posts are Co-terminus with the tenure of
the Hon’ble Ministers.

4. The General Administration (OP.II) Department are requested to take
necessary action to appoint the personal staff in the peshi’s of Ministers
ondeputation with effect from 16-12-2014 F.N.
