Read the following:-
1. From the Education (PE.VIG.I) Department, U.O.Note.No.237/PE.VIG.I(1)/
2014-4, dt.11-2-2014.
2. Govt.Memo.No.2204/TW.Ser.II.1/2014-1, dated 4.3.2014.
3. From Sri K.Rama Seshu, Deputy Director (TW), O/o CTW, Hyd. his
explanation dated 23.04.2014.
4. Govt.Memo.No.2204/TW.Ser.II.1/2014, dated 2.8.2014
5. From the Education Department U.O.Note.No.237/SE.Vig.I(1)/ 2014-6, dt.
03.01.2015.

O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, while forwarding the articles of charges the
Education(PE.Vig.1)Department, has requested this Department to initiate
disciplinary action against Sri K.Rama Seshu, the then P.O., RVM.,(SSA) Prakasam
District presently DD., TW., for misuse of SSA funds during 2013-14 for activities not
relating to RVM.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, Article of Charges have been issued against Sri
K.Rama Seshu, Deputy Director (TW) O/o CTW, Hyd. and directed him to submit his
written statement of defense.

3. In the reference 3rd read above, Sri K.Rama Seshu, Deputy Director (TW) O/o
CTW, Hyd. has submitted his explanation, duly denying the charges framed against
him.

4. In the reference 4th read above, while forwarding the explanation of the
Charged Officer, the Education (PE.Vig.I.1) Deptt., has been requested to offer their
remarks and in the reference 5th read above, the Education Department have
forwarded the remarks dated 22.10.2014 of State Project Director, Sarva Siksha
Abhiyaan, A.P., Hyderabad.

5. In her remarks the State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad has stated that the explanation of Sri K.Rama Seshu the then
Project Officer, RVM (SSA), Prakasam District presently working as DD., TWD., may be
considered and he should be warned to be more careful and diligent in discharging his
official duties.

6. Government after careful examination and after considering the remarks of the
SPD, SSA., Hyd., hereby drop further action against Sri K.Rama Seshu, the then
Project Officer, RVM (SSA), Prakasam District presently Dy. Director, TWD., and
exonerate him from the charges framed against him in the reference 2nd read above
duly warning him to be more careful and diligent in future in discharging his official
duties.

7. The Director of Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is directed to take
action accordingly.
