The Government in G.O 1st read above have issued the Andhra Pradesh Capital

City Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2015 which is a

voluntary scheme and subsequently certain amendments were also issued in G.Os 2nd,

3rd, 4th and 6th read above.

2. The Government in the light of clarification sought by the Commissioner,

Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada in the letter 5th read above, hereby

issues the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Capital City Land Pooling

Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Rules, 2015 issued in G.O 2nd read above

and amendments from time to time.

3. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary

issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated:24-03-2015.

4. The Commissioner, Printing, Stationery & Stores Purchase, AP, Hyderabad is

requested to publish the said rules by notification and furnish 300 copies of the

notification to the Government.

5. A copy of this order is available in the Internet and can be accessed at the

                                        NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of Andhra Pradesh

Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014 [Act 11 of 2014], the

Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment.

                                        A M E N D M E N T

In the G.O 2nd and 6th read above, the item (f) of para -A, shall be

substituted with the following:

(f)The owners who gave their land in revenue villages viz.,Bethapudi, Navuluru,

Yerrabalem, Penumaka and Undavalli, will get 450 sq.yds. of Commercial

reconstituted land and 1000 sq.yds. of Residential reconsituted land and yearly

payment of Rs.50,000/- for 10 years, with an yearly increase of Rs.5000/-

irrespective of category of land.
