ORDER:
The Commissioner TVVP, Hyderabad, has submitted the proposals under NABARD RIDF –
XX for taking up of new constructions of hospitals in place of old buildings under the control of Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad in the reference 3rd read above as detailed below:

2. In the reference 4th read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, TS,
Hyderabad has furnished proposals for Upgradation of (5) PHC’s buildings from (6) bedded to (30) bedded which are identified to be in dilapidated condition as detailed below:-

3. In the reference 5th read above, the Finance Department has informed that the NABARD
sanctioned a loan amount of Rs. 5380.80 lakhs for 10 projects under RIDF-XX (2014-15). The
state share amount to be contributed by the State Govt. is Rs. 949.50 lakhs.
4. Government have examined the matter and hereby issue administrative sanction to the
Commissioner Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parished / the Director of Public Health & Family
Welfare, TS, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 6329.50 lakhs [Rs. 5380.00 (NABARD funds as in
Schedule – I) + 949.50 lakhs (State Government Share)] towards meeting of expenditure for the
above (10) projects.
5. The Commissioner Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parished / the Director of Public Health &
Family Welfare, TS, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter, Utilise the funds for
intended purpose and furnish the Utilization certificate / Statement of expenditure to all
concerned as per terms and conditions stated by NABARD.
