O R D E R:

In the G.O.1^st  read above, Government have framed certain Rules for recognition of Service Associations under Andhra Pradesh Civil Services  (Recognition of Service Associations) Rules, 2001.   Government  in   the G.Os. 2^nd, and further 3^rd   & 6^th  read above,  have constituted a Committee of Officers and Representatives of Service Associations/Unions to examine the requests of various  Service Associations / Unions for according recognition and membership  in the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services Joint Staff Council (State Level)  and to make recommendations to the Government.

2.       In his letters 4^th read above, the President, Andhra Pradesh Government Employees’ Association has requested the Government to accord recognition to their Association.

3.       Government in the reference 5^th read above, have issued orders for nominating Sri Raymond Peter, IAS., Prl.Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department and Sri Vinod Kumar G.Agrawal, IAS., Prl.Secretary to Government (Stamps & Registration), Revenue Department as official members in the Committee of officers and Representatives of Service Associations/Unions to examine the request of the President, Andhra Pradesh Government Employees’ Association for according recognition to the Association.

4        Keeping in view of bifurcation of the State of Andhra Pradesh and  subsequent   orders   issued   in   the  reference 7^th read  above,  regarding  final allocation  of   Indian  Administrative  Service   Officers   for  the State of Andhra Pradesh,   Government  have  decided to nominate  the  following officers  as  Members  of  the Committee of Officers for examine the request of A.P. Government Employees  Association  in  place of Sri Raymond Peter, IAS., and  Sri Vinod Kumar G. Agrwal, IAS., respectively.

             (i) Sri. L.V.Subramanyam, I.A.S., Special Chief Secretary to Government,

    H.M.& F.W. Department.

             (ii) Sri Neerabh Kumar Prasad, I.A.S., Prl.Secretary  to Government, 

    Y.A & T.C. Department.
