ORDER:
In the G.O. 1 st read above, among other things, orders were issued for
constituting State Level Steering Committee (SLSC) for monitoring and
implementation of Rajiv Awas Yojana (RAY) with the members mentioned therein.
2.  The Mission Director, MEPMA, A.P, Hyderabad vide reference 2 nd read
above, has informed that as per the guidelines of RAY communicated by
Government of India, Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, the
composition of the above committee needs to be revised and modified as State
Level Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee (SLSC) and requested for issue of
revised for orders constituting State Level Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee.
3.  The Government after careful examination of the proposal and keeping in
view of the guidelines of RAY communicated by GoI, hereby constitute the State
Level Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee with the following composition for
monitoring and implementation of RAY, A.P.:-

4.  The above committee will decide projects and their priorities for seeking
Central assistance under RAY. The committee will also guide, review, and monitor,
preparation and implementation of Legislation for Slum Free Cities/ inclusive Urban
Planning, preparation and implementation of Slum Free City and State Plans of
Action (PoAs) etc.,

5.  The Mission Director, MEPMA, A.P shall take further necessary action in the
matter accordingly.
